For the past few weeks, we reached out to our Fashion Not Fear readers, to ask for help in designing this top.  When shopping for fabric, I try to look for textiles that not only stick out to me.  But I also love the ones that are limited in quantity.   Wearing something exclusive like that gives me a rush!  The fabric selected for this top is no different.  I found it at a local downtown store that is super small but packed with lots of unique options. As soon as I laid my eyes on it, I knew that it was going to be made into a flirty top.  A sneak peek was of the fabric was given as soon as I took it out of the package.

I had a few different ideas of what style of sleeves to go with but I wasn’t quite sure.  It was between ruffle, capped, or puffy.  And ruffle ended up being the winner.
