Let me start with with a quick history lesson… Martin Luther King Jr. was a minister and civil rights activist who played an intricate role in creating social change through nonviolent practices. His leadership started in 1955 and ended in 1968 when he was tragically murdered in Birmingham, AL. One of his most notable practices was The March in Washington on August 28, 1963.
